Tri-City physicians are seen by appointment only. Attempts are made to schedule appointments for patients with acute illnesses and injuries within 24 hours. Appointments for patients with chronic ailments are usually scheduled within 10 to 14 days. We suggest that “well care or health maintenance” visits be scheduled 15 to 30 days in advance.
A very limited number of “work-in” appointments are available each day for emergencies and acute illnesses but are not scheduled until that day. These appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend you call as soon as possible to be seen for an acute illness.
When calling our offices for an appointment, please be prepared to give our staff your name, the reason for your visit, a phone number where you can be reached should we need to contact you, and the type of health insurance you carry.
Please schedule additional appointment times when more than one family member will be seen on the same day.
New patients should arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to their FIRST appointment to permit time to complete a medical history and other necessary paperwork.
Please be on time for your appointment. Patients who arrive more than 30 minutes late for their appointment may be requested to reschedule for another date and/or time.
We ask patients to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if they find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment. Patients frequently missing scheduled appointments may be billed for an office visit.
We strive to give our patients the utmost in care and service. Please excuse any delays. We will give you the same careful attention as soon as possible.
